Tenants with a special concern for how expensive housing is in our area are also invited to participate in our community organizing efforts.

While WATCH does not now offer a regular program for landlords, our Tenant Clinic staff will sit down with any landlord to review the laws and ensure you are informed on your rights and responsibilities as a landlord. Just call the Tenant Clinic Hotline to ask a question or make an appointment.
