WATCH is a non profit community development corporation in Waltham, MA.
Our mission is to build, preserve, and promote affordable housing and to enhance economic opportunities, civic participation and leadership of low and moderate income families in the Waltham area. We support our members in organizing around issues that are important to them such as affordable housing and diversifying local leadership. We develop affordable rental and ownership housing. We provide classes ranging from purchasing your first home to improving your English skills. WATCH’s Tenant Advocacy Clinic assists tenants or landlords facing an urgent problem with personalized assistance. You can make an appointment to visit our office:
