WATCH is a non profit community development corporation in Waltham, MA.
WATCH works towards a more just community in the Waltham area by developing and promoting affordable housing, providing adult education and leadership development and empowering underrepresented residents through civic engagement. We support our members in organizing around issues that are important to them such as affordable housing and diversifying local leadership. We develop affordable rental and ownership housing. We provide classes ranging from purchasing your first home to improving your English skills. WATCH’s Tenant Advocacy Clinic assists tenants or landlords facing an urgent problem with personalized assistance. You can make an appointment to visit our office:
