18 Myrtle Street:
WATCH's first rehab project,
which resulted in 2 affordable rental units, was
completed in 1994. WATCH still owns and
manages this building.

56-68 Charles Street: This building was rehabilitated
in 1998 to create 4 affordable rental units. The units
were owned and managed by WATCH until
we sold the building in 2003 to a low-income family
that now lives in one unit and rents the other three.

315 Newton Street: Deed restricted for affordability like 16 Grant Place,
this two-family home was sold in 1998 to a family
that rents out the second unit.

52-54 Charles Street: After renovations were completed in
2000, this 2-family home was also sold to one family who rents
out the second unit at an affordable rate.

509-517 Moody Street: WATCH purchased this mixed use (commercial and residential) building in 2004.
We worked on renovations to the 7 units of now permanently affordable
housing on the 2nd floor as well as to one of the commercial spaces on the ground floor.
That space is now WATCH's very own handicapped accessible office!
