WATCH assists the homeowners and residents of Waltham by providing ownership opportunities for low to moderate income families, strong property restoration efforts, and quality rental properties for low income families. To date, WATCH has renovated 7 blighted properties and created 35 units of affordable housing, including 4 newly constructed townhouses on B Street in Belmont and 7 apartments above our new office on 517 Moody Street, both completed within the past year.
