Register now for the First Time Home Buyers Workshop.
This course consists of important information for all first-time home buyers!
Learn About:
• Credit, debit and budgeting issues
• Qualifying for a mortgage
• Shopping for a home
• The legal aspects of home buying
• The responsibilities of being a homeowner
This class is CHAPA-certified. Graduates may be eligible for low cost mortgages, downpayment assistance from their City or Town or for the federal tax credit if they already have a signed agreement with a seller.
You must attend both classes in order to get a completion certificate
