WATCH sponsors four major community organizing efforts in the Waltham area: the Waltham Affordable Housing Committee (WAHC), the Gardencrest Tenants Association (checkout their blog!), the Fernald Working Group and the RENTERS city-wide tenants' association.

WATCH also works at the statewide level to foster programs and policies that increase the supply of affordable housing and make it easier for low-income people to rise out of poverty. To this end, we are affiliated with MACDC, Action for Regional Equity and Homes for Families.
