Tenant Advocacy Program

WATCH is available to support tenants. We are available to assist you, the tenant, by informing you of your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, and by providing guidance to help you resolve problems and correct violations of your rights.

We can provide you with information and support on the following:

  • Evictions
  • Repairs
  • Lead paint complaints
  • Leases and charges
  • Utilities
  • Applying for Section 8 or other subsidized housing
  • Rent Increase
  • Security deposit questions
  • Other tenant related problems
